Platinum Support is designed for enterprise / contact centers that are involved in around-the-clock operations. Remote support coverage is 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When determined necessary by Consilium, on-site support under this Option, is available from 8:00 a.m. to midnight, Customer's local time, Monday through Friday, exclude recognized public holidays in Customer's locale.
 

Gold Support is designed for enterprise / contact centers that operate only during daytime business hours. Remote support coverage is available 16 hours a day, five days a week from 8:00 a.m. to midnight, Customer's local time, Monday through Friday, excluding recognized public holidays in Customer's locale. When determined if necessary by Consilium, on-site support under this Option is available eight hours a day, five days a week, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Customer's local time, Monday through Friday excluding recognized public holidays in Customer's locale.
 

Silver Support is designed for enterprise / contact centers that operate only during daytime business hours. Remote support coverage is available 8 hours a day, five days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. , Customer's local time, Monday through Friday, excluding recognized public holidays in Customer's locale. When determined if necessary by Consilium, on-site support under this Option is available eight hours a day, five days a week, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Customer's local time, Monday through Friday excluding recognized public holidays in Customer's locale.
