Genesys partners with Consilium Software to deliver contact center and enterprise solutions in India and Southeast Asia

New Delhi, India, July 15, 2008 - Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc., an Alcatel-Lucent company (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU), and Consilium today announced the signing of a partner agreement to deliver contact center and enterprise solutions in India and Southeast Asia.
