- Architect, Design and Build voice and video based applications for the UC and Contact Center domain.
- Expertise with telephony, SIP, Softphone, ACD (Automatic Call Distributor) Media Queue development
- Experience with CTI and IVR application development
- Strong design and development skills to build a scalable and highly available products
- phases of development lifecycle – designing, development, testing, documentation
- Knowledge of SIP servers

Qualifications / Proficiency
- BE / BTech or higher with specialization in Computer Sciences
- Expertise in: Design and development of Telephony apps in the UC or Contact Center domain
- Cisco/Genesys voice platform APIs
- Knowledge of SIP, Telephony, Voice/Video
- Proficiency in architecting, designing and building highly available and scalable systems
- Languages: C/C++, .NET, Java
- Systems: Windows , UNIX, LINUX
Experience (Sr Software Developer )
- 4+ years of designing and implementing large scale products
- At least 2 years of telephony development, using SIP/VoiceXML
- Worked on multiple versions of a product
- Strong analytical and designing skills in building multi-threaded apps
- Designing, developing, testing, customization and support of large scale products
- Have a detailed understanding of SDLC
- Systems: Windows , UNIX, LINUX
