Pramod has built several operations over 20 years including AT&T (now Avaya) South Asia and Aspect Software (Davox, Concerto, Melita, Rockwell) Asia Pacific & Middle East generating more than $250 million of total business under his leadership.

He is a visionary with a range of hands-on practical skills and strategies. Srikanth brings into Consilium 20+ years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience in the Software industry. An industry veteran, Srikanth has a proven track record in driving organizational improvement and implementation of best practices to achieve profitable growth targets. As CEO, Srikanth is playing an instrumental role in setting the direction of the company, leading the Sales efforts and driving the services organization.

During his distinguished career, Srikanth has engineered several entrepreneurial, incubation and turnaround ventures. Most recently he was Vice President and Head of Contact Centers - Saas at iSmart Panache. Before that he was founder of Purple Consulting and co-founder of Connect! He has also held managerial positions at various leading IT organizations in India & JAPAC markets, at an earlier stage of his career.

Srikanth holds a bachelors degree in Commerce from Madurai University and several business management qualifications.

Arvind is leading Consilium's technology services, support & development efforts and is focused on delivering state of the art Unified Communications solutions.

Since Oct 2004 Arvind had been serving as the CIO of Air Deccan and was rated among top 8 CIO's by Voice & Data Magazine in the year 2006. Arvind is an established Technology Industry luminary and has appeared on the front cover of Technology magazines such as CIO and Voice and Data Golden Year Book.

Arvind graduated in Human Behavioural Science and holds a Bachelors of Technology degree in Electronics & Communications.

Alex is heading the Greater China Operations at Consilium and is responsible for driving the growth, expanding customer base and increasing market share in the region.

With over 10 years of enterprise and contact center technology experience, Alex Tzang has held senior positions in several leading software companies and has developed strong market knowledge and network of customer relationship in the Greater China region.

Most recently Alex was the country manager for the Greater China region at FDS Networks. Alex has significantly contributed to Contact Center operations set up for major MNC banks and insurance companies such as Citibank, RBS, GE Money, AIG and CIGNA.

As part of the core team at Consilium, Rishab is Head of Finance, HR and Admin functions on a company-wide level. Rishab is responsible for providing the company with strategic financial guidance and oversees all accounting, budgeting, financial planning and risk management activities.

Before joining Consilium, he was associated with Aspect Software for a period of 3 years handling the Finance function for Asia Pacific region. He was responsible for around $40M of Accounts Receivables per annum and over $110M during his tenure with Aspect.

Rishab graduated in Economics (Hons) and is a Cost Accountant. He also holds an MBA in Finance.

Aman brings 11 years of ICT experience to Consilium, and is responsible for developing and executing our services programs.  Consilium Services implements customer solutions and delivers professional services to enable and accelerate our clients' business success.

Prior to joining Consilium Software in January 2008, he spent seven years in services management roles with contact center software provider, Aspect Software.  In Aspect, he led APAC education services to record revenues and established pan-APAC services teams for workforce management and custom application development.  A certified PMP, he has project-managed high-profile enterprise implementations as large as US$1m.  Earlier at Syniverse Tech. and Keppel T&T’s telecom arm, Affinity Communications, Aman held senior systems engineering positions in telecom application delivery for carriers and SMB’s.

Aman holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from the University of Pune, where he graduated in the highest category.  He migrated to Singapore in 1997 and is married with two sons.
