Consilium Genesys CXO Forum 2010 |

| After its success in 2008 and 2009, Consilium held its third Unified Communications CXO Forum on November 10th, 2010 in Gurgaon, India. The Forum focused on the new developments and trends in Unified Communications and Collaboration around Genesys and Consilium solutions, such as cloud delivery strategy, mobility apps and social media integration.
The event was held at The Palms Town and Country Club, Gurgaon and attracted a representation from several recognized thought leaders and CXO's from the ICT industry.

In his keynote address Pramod Ratwani, Founder and President of Consilium Software spoke about UC trends such as the increasing popularity of smart phone based apps, importance of Social Media integration for enterprises, video applications & cloud computing strategies, and how these will be the market drivers for technology adoption. |

The Consilium Genesys CXO Forum was co-sponsored by Genesys, an Alcatel-Lucent company. The address by Manish Bajaj, Head of Business Development, Alcatel Lucent EMG South Asia centered on improving customer experience and lowering the cost of ownership through Genesys UC solutions. |

The showpiece of this unique event was the panel discussion between industry luminaries with active participation from the audience. It was an opportunity for business leaders to discuss issues and strategies in an interactive forum.
