M. LUCCHESE

Al
Lucchese is the Mentor & Senior Adviser to Consilium
Software management team. Al has over forty years
experience in the worldwide high technology industry.
His early career with IBM Corporation was in systems
engineering and sales positions, and he held executive
sales management positions with Xyvision, Inc. and Raytheon
Data Systems.
He
served as President and CEO of Iris Graphics, Inc, a
manufacturer of high quality wide format color ink jet
printers, growing the company from $1 million in revenue
to $100 million from 1987 to 1994. He assumed the stewardship
of Davox Corporation, a call center software company
in 1994 ( article ) and grew the company to approximately $100 million
prior to his retirement as CEO in 2000, remaining on
board as non executive Chairman until 2004, when the
company was acquired by Golden Gate Capital in a going
private transaction. Both Iris and Davox were in critical
financial condition upon Lucchese joining each company.
He and his management teams led both companies to a
consistently profitable performance, thereby enjoying
dominant market share in their respective business spaces.
Al
has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting
from Bentley College, Waltham, Mass, and was the recipient
of an Honorary Doctorate's Degree, Doctor of Commercial
Science from Bentley College in 2004. |

SWAPNIL SHAH
For the last 18 years, Swap has been leading software companies into innovative markets. He has been a key founder in launching three companies that went on to an IPO or acquisition.
Swap's entrepreneurial career begn in 1991 with Cambridge Technology Group, from which Open Environment spun off in 1992. Swapnil was among the founding employees at Open Environment Corporation., a software company he helped take public in 1995, and acquisition by Borland in 1996. In 1997, Swap founded and launched WebSpective, to develop software for large Internet data centers. Over the next two years he helped grow until its successful acquisition by Inktomi (now Yahoo!) in October 1999. At Inktomi, he built and ran the wireless division and served as General Manager.
In 2001, Swapnil joined Boston venture capital firm Charles River Ventures, as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence, where he launched mValent in 2003. mValent developed software to automate complex IT Data Centers, and counted Fortune 500 companies such as State Street Bank, UPS, Marriott, and Citigroup amongst its customers. mValent was acquired by Oracle (ORCL) in February 2009.
Swap has a BS in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University. He is a featured speaker and writer for leading magazines and trade shows, is a regular guest speaker at Harvard Business School, has been honored with the Boston Business Journal's prestigious "40 Under 40" Award, which recognizes 40 Boston area business and civic leaders under the age of 40 who have made significant contributions in their respective fields. |

MANOJ
MENON directly manages Frost & Sullivan’s business in Asia Pacific. Manoj started at Frost & Sullivan in December 1996 as one of the pioneers when the company was just beginning its trajectory into Asia. He has, since then, successfully grown the company’s presence and business in Asia Pacific by manifold. Manoj continues to drive Frost & Sullivan’s expansion in the region, yielding the highest year on year growth to the group’s global business.
Throughout his tenure at Frost & Sullivan, Manoj has consulted on multiple strategic and syndicated projects for leading multinational companies, regulators and government bodies, providing growth workshops and client counsels, among others. PRAKASAM is the CEO of COPC Asia Pacific Inc., headquartered
in Singapore. Her 32 years' experience in customer service,
accounting and information system analyses provide her
clients with vital insights to performance improvement
strategies. Her current primary focus on Business Development
and Consulting ensures this region's continued growth
in the COPC organization.
Elizabeth
has greatly expanded the integration of global performance
standards, leading efforts in multiple certifications
to the COPC-2000® Standard and High Performance
Management Techniques (HPMT) training that have dramatically
improved customer satisfaction levels throughout contact
centers in the Asia Pacific region. |
